Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience short delays. Please allow extra time in transit before delivery.
- Should there be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you promptly via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We currently offer Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and Overnight Shipping options.
- Delivery estimates depend on your location and the method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping
- Cost: Free for orders over $250.00
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping
- Cost: Based on your delivery location
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping
- Cost: Calculated at checkout (varies by location)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1 business day

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
KokuaVida Inc. (operator of Nonna Amorini’s Italian Food Club) is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applied to your order.
All such charges, including tariffs, VAT, and local import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
We take every precaution to pack your items securely. However:
- KokuaVida Inc. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing, as carriers often require them for claims processing.
